All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars inclusive of Government taxes (GST), unless otherwise specified.

Payment

We use Paypal, Poli and the eWAY Payment Gateway for online transactions.  These methods process online transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.

Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Reptile Encounters or any outside party. All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate. All transaction data is encrypted for storage. Please visit the following websites for further security information:

Delivery Instructions

After making a booking, the email account you nominate will receive information from us and we will be in contact with you via email or phone to confirm details of the event.

• Maximum 30 students per show. Additional students will be charged at $11.50+GST per person.

• Show duration is 1 hour.

• Prices for multiple shows are based on shows performed on the same day.

• Animals are subject to availability.

Refunds and Cancellations

If the event is cancelled because of any event outside of the control of Reptile Encounters, then refunds shall be at our absolute discretion. If the event is cancelled by Reptile Encounters for any other reason, we will refund to you the complete paid price. We reserve the right to alter the line up, date or time of the show, but will contact you to discuss this in all cases. If you need to reschedule the event, please contact us to discuss a suitable date and time. There is no charge for rescheduled events.

If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, please be advised that we are unable to refund the entire booking fee. Please contact us to arrange a cancelation if required.

• For cancellations received up to 4 weeks prior to the show, we will refund 75% of the cost of the show.

• For cancellations within 4 weeks of the show, we will refund 50% of the cost of the show.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will not receive a refund. In most cases, we will attempt to reschedule these events where possible.

If you would like to enquire about any unusual circumstance that you believe may warrant a refund outside of the terms stated herein please contact us.

Privacy and Confidentiality Statement

Personal Information

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis, use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to keep personal information secure, accurate and up-to-date.

We only collect personal information during the booking or sign up processes and use this information to provide you with products or services directly related to your booking with Reptile Encounters or to market these products or services to you.

Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore, will not be divulged to any third party, other than [our manufacturer/supplier(s) and] if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities.

Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Clients with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Reptile Encounters will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
